15” MG Motor vintage car steering wheel with laminated wood rim and metallic middle trim panel. Steering wheel mounted on aluminium truss system with a two point lighting setup with white bounce board.
Wine glass shot with black-line and white-line photography techniques. Black velvet curtains and black ceiling in the photography room allowed us to fully control the lighting to create crisp and rich dark shadows without any light spill.
HDR photograph of a forged piston and connecting rod. Multiple photos taken at different exposure levels then combined to capture details in both the brightest and darkest parts of the photo. This photography technique is useful for objects with complex shapes or textured materials such as metals and steel.
Set of car coil springs shot in the photography studio. A large softbox was used to create soft shadows and accentuate the form of the object without losing texture details.
Selection of items from the QV Body and QV Face range. Product photography featuring white objects on a white background. Black blocking boards are used to absorb light and create defined outlines, separating items from the background. Items were shot individually then composed together.
